Thirty-two years' working experience with Bangladesh Army. Served in Bangladesh army in various capacities in Headquarters and Field units. During long carrier, served as Commanding Officer of a Field unit and two Combined Military Hospital. Served in United Nations Peace Keeping Mission twice (each time for one year) in Sierra Leone and Sudan. Served as Director, Kurmitola General Hospital in 2019 & Sir Salimullah Medical College Hospital, Dhaka in 2023 and presently serving as Commandant, Armed Forces Medical College, Dhaka since 3rd December 2023.
